February The Transitional Month

It’s time for a change. February is considered as the transitional month. January, the coldest month of the winter is behind and March, with warmer weather, is ahead. Also, February is considered as the transitional month for nature. Birds are flocking to and fro. Soil is thawing from the cold, with flower bulbs peeking through to see the world. The weather is in a state of transition. In the morning, warmer temperatures, but in the evening, colder temperatures, a reminder that winter is not over. Transition means a change from one state or condition to another.
Make this a transitional month for your life. What do you want to change from one state or condition to another?
Change elements in your life. Are you frustrated with a job? Compose updated resumes and send them off, to new employment opportunities. Do you want to make a complete career move? Investigate higher learning courses, return to college and earn a degree. Have you outgrown the town or city you reside? Examine other areas and relocate to a new environment. Sounds impossible?
With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:26King James Version (KJV)
Are you always stressed about everything? Work on your personal behaviors. Drop the drama, mama, pray for peace and pursue it.
Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do, I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27New King James Version (NKJV)
Do you feel overwhelmed, sometimes feeling like the burden is too heavy to carry? Lay down your hardships and come into God’s rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:29-30 (KJV)
Are you a worrywart? Worried that you don’t have anything to worry about? Or, agonizing about things out of your control?
Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22King James Version (KJV)
Let February be your faith month. Faith, in February. Faith is believing all things are possible with God. To have faith in a new job, new career, new location, or a new you.
And the Lord said, if ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you. Luke 17:6King James Version (KJV)
January has passed, either your New Year’s Resolutions have been fulfilled and progressing; or abandoned or slipping. Let February be your transitional month to go from one condition to another. In February, believe it can happen. Trust it will happen. Praise and give thanks to God when it does happen.
