YELLOW LIGHT-PROCEED WITH CAUTION

The yellow light is a warning light. This color is between red and green, between stop and go. This light indicates red will follow. To take precautions; look for vehicles that may be turning into the intersection, pedestrians crossing, or any other issues or obstacles that is in the way. If you don’t, you run a risk of receiving a ticket, or causing harm or injury to others.

Many people tend to floor the gas pedal when they see a yellow light, to get through the intersection, before it turns red. Many times, the red light appears while they are in the beginning or middle of the intersection. There are others who slows down and wait patiently for the light to turn red.

It’s these yellow lights, of life that causes afflictions. Either you are flooring them knowing it’s time to stop. Or, you are not taking the proper steps before proceeding.

Warnings are indications a possible danger or trouble can occur. Precautions are items performed to prevent harm, injury of trouble.

When you observe the yellow light of life apply: R.O.P.E. Reevaluate. Observe. Plan. Execute.

Reevaluate. This is the time to rethink your life.

Observe. Pay attention where you are in life. If you do not like it, change it. Pay attention who is in your life, if they are not encouraging you, take precautions to get rid of them.

Plan. Have a plan for your life. If you don’t, someone else may try to plan your life, for their own motives.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5-6King James Version (KJV)

Execute. After you make plans, begin to execute them, of course with God’s direction. He always has your best interest at heart.

Don’t get aggravated at a yellow light. Take precautions and move forward.
