TRUST

Where is your trust placed? The second element of belonging to the Bank of B&T is trust. Who do you trust? Spouse? Family? Friends? You are blessed that you have a support system to rely upon. And this post is not geared to distrust your loved ones. But, have your support system ever let you down? Yes? Sometimes? Not intentionally? They are human and unexpected things happen.

What happens if these selected people whom your trust is placed, suddenly, is removed from your life or is no longer available? Or, what if they betray you? Some people place all their confidence upon people who can walk away, be taken away, or can be blocked from assisting. What happens? 

Trust is where your confidence is placed; it is an assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone. Trust your family, but it is time to trust in something bigger than you, your family, or friends. With all the chaos and sickness in the world, it’s time to turn to a higher power.

When you trust God, He will not leave you or forsake you. He will always make sure you are surrounded by trustworthy people. He will direct your path in the present and in the future. No one else can do that. Trust God. God is the God of truth.

 It is better to trust in the Lord, Than to put confidence in man. Psalm 118:8 (NKJV)
